How Silver Canopy Global handles the information you send us. Short, because we collect very little.

Who we are
Silver Canopy Global (Private) Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan (CUIN 0351704), registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and based in Muzaffargarh, Punjab. It is the data controller for the information described here. For any question about this policy, or about the information we hold, contact enquiry@silvercanopyglobal.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form that means your name, company, email address, telephone number, country, and whatever you write in the enquiry itself. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold that correspondence.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, bank credentials, or identity documents through this website.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and quote for your requirement. This is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To maintain a record of trade correspondence. This is our legitimate interest in running a business and in being able to evidence what was agreed.
- To meet record-keeping obligations where a transaction proceeds and tax or export documentation law requires it.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not send bulk mailings.
Who else sees it
Three service providers are involved in getting your enquiry to us, and nobody else:

Where an enquiry proceeds toward a transaction, we will need to share relevant commercial details with the supplier concerned, and with banks, freight forwarders or certifying authorities as the shipment requires. We tell you before we do this.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your details to any third party for their own marketing. Your specifications, volumes and pricing are treated as commercially confidential and are never shared with other buyers.
International transfer
We are based in Pakistan, and the services we use — Cloudflare, Resend and Google Workspace — are operated from the United States and the European Union. If you contact us from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your information will be transferred outside that area. By sending us an enquiry you are asking us to respond, which necessarily involves that transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept for as long as tax and export-documentation rules require, which is generally six years.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email enquiry@silvercanopyglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies, and no third-party analytics or advertising service runs on it. We do not track you across websites, and there is nothing here you need to opt out of.
Cloudflare, as our host, records standard server request data — IP address, browser type, page requested, time — in order to serve the site and protect it from attack. That is ordinary web-server logging, not behavioural tracking.
If we add visitor analytics later we will use a cookieless service, and this page will be updated to say so before it goes live.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
